I have been a Certified Home Inspector for the past nine years. I am Certified with CREIA, the California Real Estate Inspection Association, and also ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. I have also been a Licensed General Contractor in California since 1983.
I have seen just about “everything” during my time as builder and a home inspector. This experience has taught me a lot about how buildings can fail from improper construction techniques and deferred maintenance.
